Units received on unregistered account

Hi, so i was always logging in for the game by kabam account. So whenever i logged oit i had different login screen and stuff with the lvl 1 profile, i just ignored it and logged myself to the game by the kabam account on my 46 level profile everything was fine, until I decided to purchase star lords bag loot, FROM my 46 lvl profile. For some reason i havent received on mine profile but on unregistered lvl 1 profile which i dont even know why exists. What am i supposed to do know? It s basically thrown away money. My ingame profile name is Hydron21. Can anyone from kabam help me?omnpfmgee042.png

Star lords bag was an offer with 675 units in it. Can you somehow transsfer it from this useless account on my main one?
