Auto-fight automatically activating?

Has anyone else experienced auto-fight turning on by itself in the middle of a fight? I was in a fight on Act 4 Chapter 4 of story mode, and auto-fight suddenly turned on in the middle of the fight. I know that sometimes after using auto-fight, it will sometimes still be on when you resume your game, but I had not been recently using it. Not sure if this was a glitch in the game, or if I somehow hit it without realizing. I’m on the latest version of the game
