**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Device heating, lagging, and crashing

@Kabam Miike @Kabam Lyra @Kabam Wolf @Kabam Vydious @Kabam Zibiit Posting a new thread to make sure there’s some awareness here. Apple devices have begun overheating again, apparently Android as well. I submitted a ticket for my own device but I was told that the issue had been resolved and it was a problem on my end, it very much is not. I can run Netflix on my phone for a couple hours and not have any issues. 20 minutes of arenas or dungeons and I can feel heat through my Otterbox. I then posted in the original iOS overheating thread but it seems there are no mods active there anymore. This is still very much an issue. We would love to hear from you mods to at least acknowledge that it is being monitored and a permanent solution is in the works

@BirdReynolds contact Apple and report a problem with the app. The more tickets opened by users, the more attention this issue will get on their end

If I have to resort to that I will @bpunk88 but I was hoping to at least get some dialogue going in these forums.

    Hi,

Yes, we are still monitoring the performance report threads and using them to gather info from players which helps us as we continue to work to improve performance. But it is important to understand with the variety of devices available, there is not likely a "one size fits all" fix for all devices. But performance improvements are a priority and a continual work in progress. If you have any issues to report, please do so in one of the static threads and make sure to include all the required information.
