Hey guys so I want to rank up mystic dispersion but I can’t even unlock it the lock symbol is still there and idk how to unlock it. Seems kind of child’s play but I can’t figure it out lol assistance please

I think you need to have a minimum number of points in the utility tree, so that might be it

Okay found it, you'll need 11 points in the utility tree to unlock mystic dispersion!
