Transferring Units from non-Kabam account to current Kabam account

Well over yr ago, I accidentally added units to my first account when I downloaded the game. After creating a KABAM account, I saw that I could NOT move these units that I PAID FOR to the new Kabam account. I find this a poor business practice. They are MY units and I cant do anything with them as i DO NOT use the first Google login any longer. Why can't I have those units moved to my current KABAM game account?

Not poor business practice, just poor luck. If you were able to transfer units from one account to another then everyone would have 50 bogus accounts and would transfer the easy units from arenas, login calendar, etc. to their main account and supply thousands of units a week which would then get rid of the need for people using their money to buy units which would then be a poor business model.

I'm sorry if you are disappointed by this policy, but we cannot transfer units between accounts. While I understand the request in your situation, the potential for problems and abuse is too high.
