Silver 2 alliance, Looking to rebuild
Principles of the alliance: have fun, help your teammates, don't take the GAME too seriously. Most of us are older, have jobs and family (some even school with all that). We understand that RL can come about and kick ya, so we adjust - it just takes communication.
While we will generally consider anyone, we prefer to accept no more than 5 lower level players at any given time - that allows us to help them grow and learn while not being overly burdensome on the growth and advancement of the more veteran players. All other players we prefer to have adequate rosters to run AQ and AW without being concerned about using the wrong champs.
We do not willingly support mandatory weekly donations, but contributions are welcomed. We do utilize hold periods and penalties to treasury to compensate for donations (allows us to run Maps 4 and 5 occasionally as a treat
