Mystic dispersion, mystic cores refund

Hey kabam, I was just wondering what your schedule is on refunding units or loyalty spent on mystic mastery cores? Are we to expect these units/loyalty to be reimbursed exactly on September 11 2018, or a day or two afterwards?
