IOS crashing compensation?

Hello Kabam,
So after a couple of months we still haven't received a compensation for the crashing/overheating.
I don't see the Gwenpool Goes To The Movies event as a compensation since it was to celebrate 10 years of the MCU.
So please do something about this because I you guys almost lost ALL of your IOS players.

    Whether you like it or not, that was our compensation for the 19.0 debacle.

    While I do agree with your post at this point start holding your breath or just quit playing if you want a reasonable compensation package because kabam doesn’t even understand what reasonable or compensation mean

    Well or as far as we know kabam will give NO compensations for anything so no. no you can not

    Fun thing, with summoner appreciation crystals you only have a small chance of getting appreciated lol. I mean idc about a couple of potions if I can get 5 star shards!

    They already said that all the things about Gwenpool movie stuff, appreciation crystals, buffs... are the compensation they talked about, even though they're really unconsistant with the way they put it.
    So yeah, i dont like how they "compensated" us either, but nothing we can do to change it other than quiting the game.

    Hello,

    It has been clarified a few times that the Summoner Appreciation gift was the compensation for issues with the 19.0 update. I'm sorry if this is disappointing, but there won't be an additional compensation with relation to that issue.
