The mastery is now showing every level as 100% damage increase when the champions are below 50% health. I haven't tested if it's still working like before and it's only a visual bug or if it's really a bug and not giving the 10%, 20% and 30% extra attack.
Edit:
I change the language to English and now it's showing me the right values. It seems that it's only a problem with Spanish... Maybe with some other languages too?
