Controls non-responsive and buggy

Has anyone else noticed the controls not functioning properly? In the past few days I've experienced the following:
- Chaining four light to a medium attack, the medium attack doesn't happen
- Tapping the special attack button doesn't register
- Dashing back doesn't go far enough to avoid the attacker (i.e. the attacker's dash attack goes farther then my dash back making it unavoidable)

The controls have never been perfect, but they seem especially bad the past few days.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Been playing since beta and this is the first time the controls have been this wonky

Controls have been like this for a long time for me.
I've just tried to learn to deal with it and accept I'm getting a slap when my champs randomly stop mid combo.

Using a Pixel 2 XL on Android 9

Have you checked your frame rate for the game? With the new phone that I got, every update that comes out I have to go in and change the frame rate.

sometimes I wouldn't be touching the screen and my champion is in heavy position waiting to get him.
