Double Edge is Bugged!

I recently tested all three levels of Double Edge and found the bleed inflicted lasts longer than the description states. I tested this fighting Winter Soldier in the Realm of Legends...

Double Edge (3) lasts 19 seconds, three seconds longer than it’s supposed to. Double Edge (2) lasts 14 seconds, two seconds longer than it’s supposed to. Double Edge (1) lasts 9 seconds, one longer than it’s supposed to.

This is an issue not just because the mastery description is false but because many characters in the game are more powerful while fighting bleeding foes; Archangel, Elektra, Gwenpool, and Void to name a few.
