Crossbones Overrun timer does not refresh after using special 3

In description it says it refreshes once special 3 is used. It does not. I always start overrun and then use my special 3 attack, but the timer still keeps going as it was.

It's not suppose to restart the duration of overrun. It's supposed to reset the cool down of it.
