Hi,
Is there any stats or vedios that test the effectiveness of precision mastery. I did some initial test which it feels that the mastery has zero effect.
For example, Gwenpool has 30% critical rate against 4* r5 or 5* r3 without any synergy or mastery. With precision 5/5, I would expect 45% or so critical rate, but she still crits with the same ratio (30%).
Am I misunderstanding how mastery work?
