What is the problem with the Kabam game?

What is going on with the game? .... Someone already had a response from kabam and when would that be resolved? ...... I can not get into the crystals vault, and I'm losing the recruiter's advance, and I'm also losing the daily crystals, the solo missions start normal but with the time of 2 minutes it starts to stop, forcing us to restart the game, the game seems to be in slow motion, we are losing alliance war and losing champions in simple missions because the game is with several errors, this is happening with most of the players, we need a positive and urgent response on this.
