Carnage Power Gain Per Hit?

Was chatting with SuprGaming in his live stream about this and we are confused

I read Carnages abilities again. His power gain is only on a bleeding opponent. And it never popped up with pink text before.

Tried it versus bleed immune too.

Random bug? Or something to do with his buff? I don't want to speculate from the datamining people. Just curious wtf is going on

as i suspected when i saw it yesterday was all but confirmed to see today he is being worked on.

it obviously is something that has gone live that was unintentional due to his upcoming buff

I see it in Arena (only place i use Carnage) and only with the Awakened version.

We can't really say accurately cause nobody will bring a carnage to AW/AQ. So I'd say it's probably happening in all modes
