Blocking not responding

So recently there have been numerous times when I try to block a hit that's about to come at me but it doesn't get registered and then I end up taking a lot of damage. Anyone else noticing this as well?

It’s not that it isn’t responding, it’s input lag. Happened to me quite a few times as well. With the AI getting tuned faster and better recently there’s been a lot of little input lags happening because the game can’t seem to marry the faster visuals interacting with the slower ones.
