Why isn't parry working on Frost's sp 1?

Ok I've beaten her already, but like to go back in and practice on her. There were many instances instead of evading I tried a well timed parry on her sp1 and the text showed a parry, yet my 6 star Green Goblin koed with full health. Why is that? @Kabam Miike @Kabam Vydious@Kabam Lyra @Kabam Zibiit

    Because she has 40k damage and I don’t think green goblin has high block profiency
