Nebula 3* not appearing for danger room

For some reason it is impossible for me to select my 3 star nebula in today's danger room while all other heroes show up just fine, see the pictures.

Now I see it is the same for some other heroes aswell. Did I misread some rules?

Check the Champion Requirement where is says HERO(and on the schedule)
