Is Punisher 2099 actually good

A couple of days ago i pulled a Punisher 2099 from my hard earned four star crystal at first @gamermctrap 007 told me he was beast but in game meh he aint my liking (especially my first 4 star) What is your thoughts of the champion

I disagree I find him really useful. He was my first 4* and the first one I showed so I have had lots of practice using him.
His automatic heal block is probably his most useful skill, but on top of that he has automatic power lock just before SP3, can armour break and stun as well.

Better duped like most champs. He's okay. Could have been worse. He has decent utility and played right his damage is acceptable. I sort of like him but not enough to rank him up very high but I have a pretty deep account. Short answer is above average champ.

No, sorry. Possibly there is a way way to play him that makes him viable, but I don’t like his animations and therefore don’t care to find that way.

He good I maxed out my punisher 2099 a great Power Control Champ he gets a good Damage at Overdrive Mode when the bettery are 100 have a lot of utility would love to get him as 5 star

I don’t think he’s a champ that you will use in the long run. Mine has been 4*3/30 forever. And no plans on ranking higher. Too many other good tech champs.
