2 star deadpool not allowed in danger rooms.

So I was playing danger rooms today , master . Wolverine as final boss. And I could take in most of my 2 star champs. My star lord, wolverine, IW IM , guillotine . (Usually it is just 1 class of champs that is allowed but may be i read something wrong ). But I could not take in my 2 star Red deadpool. Why is that ? Is it bug ? Or 'working as intended ' ?

Is he classed as a hero as only Hero champs are allowed this round.

Deadpool is tagged as a Mercenary I believe, not a Hero, that's why you can't use him
