Addressing Piloting Issues

Hi,
I'm just wondering / trying to understand what's Kabam really wanting to achieve here.
I'm playing mcoc since the early beginning and I already saw a lot of different situations on and off the game itself. I recall a time when people payed to others to complete a specific content because they lack of skills to do itself. And now that war is really competitive it appears that high ranked allies have guys to do it to prevent deaths from weaker members.
I know this sounds right kabam. But my concern isn't related to this kind of situation.

As I said earlier I want to understand how u are approaching this issue because despite everything that happens and the fact that it envolves a huge chunk of money this is JUST a GAME. And people wanna have fun. But most important people wanna play among friends.

And these people mostly have kids. Jobs, real life issues to attend, like sickness, some life threatening disease of a relative or simply swamped at work. So how can you allow this type of player to move himself on AQ or AW - 24 hours events - with limited time, when some emergency comes up? How can u prevent him to not hurt his entire alliance, that he trusts, he plays with for more than 2 years if they can't move him if needed? How about brothers? Cousins? Husband and wife? Father and son? Do u kabam really wanna forbid them to play together? Or for each other? How extensive is your knowledge or restriction about this piloting?
Do you know people break / lose their phones? Get robbed? Do we need the police report to prove that we are using a different device to not be considered piloting?

So I really would like to hear the input of Kabam because in the end it's our (players) account. Our money. So in my opinion u can't decide for me if I can or cannot allow a people that I trust, no matter the degree, to play for me if needed and get penalized for it. And let's not forget that when wars started there wasn't a "accept terms agreement" that had created boundaries regarding this particular subject.

Now is the time to be honest with the community kabam.

Thanks.
