The Game Won't even Turn On

I'll tap on the game's icon, it'll do that pull-up animation like it's gonna start loading, and it just sits on a black screen. Sometimes, the Marvel log will pop up and go away, but after that, it's just black again. It just sits there testing my patience. Anyone else having this problem?
