AQ Map Crystal Drop rates

Why are the drop rates/max rewards for each AQ Map crystals not public? Wouldn't knowing max rewards incentivize people to push for higher maps and crystals? I don't understand why we just can't know if our pulls are successful or not.

    You don't pay for them with real money so they don't show the drop rates.
