Description of the Issue: Initially after the 20.1 update from mcoc, I was having problems related to new updated contents like summoned symbioid portrait wasn't available, item portraits like klyntar katalyst and randomizer were not available but I could play quests, aq and aw. I did raise a ticket with kabam for this issue and followed their troubleshooting, that's when things got worse. After following the troubleshooting guide - basically a reinstallation - now I can't play any mode other than arena. The game freezes the moment I start a quest or aq or aw. I can't open crystals. I can't view any portraits anymore. And the sadest part is that the ticket raised in kabam support was closed even though the problem wasn't resolved. This has been on for more than 4 days now. If kabam doesn't have the technical know-how for android I don't think they should be releasing the game on this platform or else hire some good
techies for android platform, it is quite clear the guys working there ain't good enough.

Since the update, I just started experiencing missing images from champs. Had some issues fighting with voodoo, that was quickly addressed. Today, constant freezing, unable to move in any map. AQ, AW, Events. I now have 3 white boxes that appear; calendar, alliance event button, and whatever is to the left of that. I am lucky to get one push of a button and then frozen. I currently have 5 champs stuck in a quest. I am unable to move in the map or even exit out of the map. No pictures of the champs show in the quest as well.

-Loading time is increases upto 3-4 minutes
-Game is always lagging (crystal vault,home page, some time in fight,)
-After only 5 minutes of game playing device is hitting so much
Most annoying part is loading time and 5 minutes of game play drain battery about 5%. Most of time stuck in loading

Description of the Issue: After every fight loading is taking like 3 to 4mins. Playing arena is out of context bcos of the loading time and whenever screen get of for even 1second it gets disconnected from network. I don't want to talk about the lag bcos it's now mandatory if you play MCOC it will lag 😂😂 asphalt 9 is running smoothly but MCOC doesn't 😂😂😂..releasing 2-3 new champs every week but no one can play properly 😂😂 ok 1 think I forgot 1 more hyped champ Aegon great job but lot's of guys can't play bcos of lag lol 😂...Kabam seriously 20.1 was more stable than 20.1.1 😂 .who ever is working to fix he/she doesn't know how to to do it...MY ADVICE CHANGE THE WHOLE TEAM. I know this won't happen but really you guys really look into your Woking staffs . Description of the Issue: the same issue I have since 8 months ago, lagging, and the most annoing of all, losing control of champs, I Dont get whats the point of hard content if the game is in such bad shape, How do you expect to do this content if the game is not responding has It should? Unable to see character faces and very slow loading times. Once loaded fights are good but no faces on player I'd top of screen.

Problem is the loading screen between quest fights, taking you back to the map after a k.o., for example. This loading screen sometimes takes 5 minutes to get me back to the map. I've also experienced this same thing trying to enter alliance quest or alliance war from fight menu using the 'continue' tab.
Not that I'm doing a Legend run, but this delay in processing is extremely aggravating.

Game lags when opening crystals or fighting in event quests. Force closing and resetting solves the issue for a few hours. Possible RAM leak until my phone can't
handle anymore.
Happens over Wi-Fi and direct connection to my 4G LTE with multiple bars.

Updated to latest and it fixed nothing! Same problems as everyone has stated. I just love how after a fight in monthly quest, the loading screen takes about 2-3 minutes before it returns back to the map so i can move again. Are you trying to hypnotize us to ignore these problems, Kabam? I question when the last time the game was stable with no problems. The fighting mechanics are still jacked!

Its still laging pretty bad in, viewing my champs, setting my teams, moving our defenders, long *** loading times x times longer than normal, lag and slowdowns in crystals, all asset loading is x number of times slower than normal, random slowdowns in fights on both data and wifi, tons of "network connection" errors ( yours not mine) and more some are in my other posts in this thread.
Also something else that is concerning me now is the fact that my phone's temperature is spikeing up near 110 degrees Fahrenheit and the fact it seems to be melting the rubber inside coating of my charger and it stops it from charging ups my voltage, ups my charge expected time 2-4x it's normal lengths until I stop playing.
Since I stopped it's charging properly and my temperature is dropping so it's definitely a problem with your game since it's been happening only when playing your game and goes back to normal when I stop so can you please fix it instead of farting around and saying that you did or are thank you
