How do you run a full map 5 day 5 with only one of those champs ?
You can't since you need regeneration. With either Voodo or GR I can solo all my lanes map 5 day 5.

Your comment is like a joke since the thread is not about Map 6 day 5. Still map 6 day 5 is doable without regen champs

Map 5 day 5 doesn't require a regen champ. I run through it easily with my rank 4 5* magik

Champs are good based on the content you are using them for. Sl is best for LOL but not aw. Magik is great for aq and aw but not long fights. There is no number 1 champ for the whole game just differnet areas of content
