Not getting quest rewards for the monthly event quest of sep 2018

My in-game name is DJ the PRO. I did not receive the 3 star hero crystal and 10 of the tier 4 catalyst fragments crystal from fully exploring the monthly event quest of sept 2018. I might have not receive some other give that i do not notice but I noticed the missing crystals which was not received by me.
