How do you upload videos that aren't on YouTube?

I can't get it to work. I have video evidence of about 80,000 bugs that I can't show anyone. Help. That's also why this is in the bugs section, btw.

    Does the Du Screen Recorder you use convert videos to gifs or do you use some other app to do it?

    I also downloaded DU Gif Maker. It allows you to make that change from video to Gif quite easily.
