in Bugs and Known Issues
I collected 42 k shards for cinematic crystals, which I didnt use (opened) and now they are gone. Can somebody tell me why they are gone?

    They are gone because the event ended.

    That is un logical to me, a lot of events ended and u still have crystals and shards. I dont open much of them at all I save everything.

    Hey there, I'm sorry to hear that you missed out on spending those shards. Some events will only be up for a limited time and the items associated with those event will usually expire when the event ends or shortly after, so it would be a good idea to try to use those items before an event ends. If you have any other questions though, or if you need help with any in-game items, you can contact our support team directly from the game's home-screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
