who should i rank up.....

Should i rank 3 my 5 star ultron-unawakened/rank 5 my 4 doc oc-sig 20/wait. I have just 2 other r5's-blade and luke cage.

ultron worth r3, his regen allows you do all the map till boss without any resources spent, also immunes are helpful sometimes. have mine at r4, and it's too much for him, didn't have any better alternative back than. but r3 is good for him
