Need your help for my next 5* R4

Expiring T2A and torn on who will be my next rank up. My offense is set for my paths in War and Aq so this will mainly be for defense. Reasoning behind your choices would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Well if this is purely a aw defense rank up, then I guess you could awaken killmonger for that avility but honestly I wouldn't waste an extremely rare and valuable generic gem on him. So unawakened killmonger isn't that good of an aw defender but I guess he's slightly better than ultron, who is no longer a good defender and super easy to kill, even on regen nodes.
