I just got a notification saying claim your 275 units and cinamatic crystal for free and when I clicked on it and loaded game I didn’t get anything @Kabam Miike

    I got a similar message. I said 3700 free units and a 5* cinematic crystal. Figured it was a typo and that it was a bundle but nothing was there when I got in.

    My alliance member just also said he got one

    Hey there, this could be happening if you've made more than one account on that device before. If so, you may want to check the other account. Our support team would be the best equipped to look into this for you though.
