Arena problem (new account) bug???

Description of the Issue: I started a new mcoc account and play (10 of september 2018) until I get many champions to play arena ( act1 100%) and buy crystals. When the arena finished I saw that my ranking reward in arena is not I was thinking because I in veteran bracket not in easy bracket
