5* Awakening Gems from 2018 In-Game Content?

It's been 9 months since Kabam offered the community in-game content that offered 5* awakening gems or 5* awakening gem crystals as rewards. We got Labyrinth of Legends in 2016 and Act 5.3-5.4 last year. Does Kabam have plans to give us an opportunity to earn 5* awakening gems this year?

Disregard the 9 months. I forgot we were able to get a 5* awakening gem crystal from Infinity Dust this past May.

With 5 stars very common I would love a challenge like Choles due to the Venom movie.

This challenge can award a random 5 star gem and 6 star shards as prize.

The last few monthly side quests have had epic difficulty added to mirror uncollected so maybe with the next celeb challenge there could be an epic difficulty with one.

Some good input from players so far. To further comment on this thread:

- In 2016 Kabam released Labyrinth of Legends. LOL completion rewards a 5* awakening gem crystal and LOL exploration rewards a 5* generic awakening gem. The 5* champion pool had (I think) 24 champions available then.

- In September 2017 Kabam released Act 5 Chapter 3 and in December 2017 Kabam released Act 5 Chapter 4. Act 5.3 and 5.4 exploration each reward a 5* awakening gem crystal and Act 5 exploration rewards a 5* generic awakening gem. The 5* champion pool had 54 champions available in September 2017 and 72 champions available in December 2017.

- For 2018 players had the opportunity the earn a 5* awakening gem crystal using Infinity Dust. Unlike the previously mentioned game content this opportunity was limited both in terms of time available and which players were able to accumulate enough Infinity Dust to earn the 5* awakening gem crystal.

We have yet to receive static in-game content this year that rewards any kind of 5* awakening gems. The 5* champion pool will have 100 champions available next week when Domino is added. Are the more players who think we're overdue for in-game content that rewards players 5* awakening gems?
