Failed to receive completion rewards for epic difficulty daily danger room

On September 12th I completed the epic gifted danger room (NOT THE UNCANNY DANGER ROOM) and received no completion rewards from it. I have sent in multiple tickets on this issue and only received responses related to the uncanny danger room issues. Any information on how to proceed to get anyone to look at this matter would be appreciated.
