Can't purchase anything

I am log in the game but still cannot purchase anything. It keeps giving me error.

Hey there!

Try signing out of your Google Play Account and then back in. If you're still having issues, I would test to see if there is any other Apps having this issue. If there is - Contact Google Play Support. If not, please contact our support team via the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within the game. From there select 'Support'.
