So i have got 3t4 tech cc and thes two boys, I really like both of them and I cand decide witch one to take up, so sey me your suggestions please.

Stark for sure. Just better abilities and even though his damage ceiling isn't as high, you don't lose it if you take a chip hit. Power drain, auto bait and evade specials. C'mon...
