Descriptions read as follows

Blocking: 0% chance to Poison the target

Special Attack 1: 0% chance to Poison the target

Special Attack 2: -40% chance to Poison the target

I don't get it. Zero chance or negative chance? What about the chance to poison after a well-timed block?

He can only be poisoned by using AA’s sp3. Otherwise, you are correct.
