Synergy Captain America WWII & REDSKULL

Hi kabam,

why not to make synergy between Captain america wwii and redskull curently is:

"Captain America (WWII): Well-Timed Blocks generate a Fury Buff increasing Base Attack by 20% for 5 seconds"

Change it to that:
"Captain America (WWII): Well-Timed Blocks generate a Fury Buff increasing Base Attack by 20%. Can stack it permanently with max 5 stacks per fight."

This synergy is great, but not enought for make this captain valuable compared all others champs who hits 5x more hightly. stack it until 5 maximum per fight can give him something usefull. The new captain america infinity war can hits 5x more than him and can make 7x more damage on sp...

So, it'll be like SL, but science and with bleed and stun. I don't know about that.

will not to be like Sl. Look... Winter soldier with killmonger synergy have until 100combos for increase his attak base. Captain is only for 5secondes... should be able to stack until 5 permanent during fight. will be just a 100% attak increasing BUT will still be low compared winter soldier with his synergy or others champs. But will give to captain a little more utility...

id be ok with increasing the fury time to maybe 8 seconds, but cap ww2 is already a very good champ. he doesn't need a buff like that which would double his attack. we need champs like colossus and UC reworked this could even be considered
