Synergie between Quake and Hawkeye and SW

Hello,
Is it possible to know if using the team Quake and Hawkeye and SW will increase chance to trigger SW special abilities ?

That means, increase Veil of fortune by 85*15% ???

    I had a similar question regarding quake hawkeye and starlord. if starlords sig would increase his strength 15% every hit

    No, that is ability potency.

    I don't understand. The Hawkeye and Quake ability must increase the ability by 15%. The SL ability should be increase by 15% no?

    Quake & Hawkeye's synergy increases "ability accuracy," which is the chance that the ability triggers.
    Quake & Black Widow's synergy increases "ability potency," which is the strength of the ability.

    For example, Star-Lord has 10% chance for Fury (ability accuracy), increasing your attack rating by 45% (ability potency). Quake & Hawkeye's synergy will increase his chance to proc Fury buffs (10%*115%=11.5%).

    Star-Lord's signature has a 100% ability accuracy (every hit guarantees to increase his attack), so Quake & Hawkeye's synergy have no effect on it.

    No effect if it's already 100% chance.

    I guess if you wanted to buff up Scarlet Witches chance to proc you would be wanting to buff ability accuracy and critical rating, correct?
