Science champ

Dilema. I have 51 science sig stones and I am not sure should I use generic ag for Hulk Ragnarok and load sigs on him or to max out CAIW and use them on him?

As you can probably tell by the votes, Hulk rag just doesn't get nearly as much from his dupe as cap IW

Hulk Rags is demigod with or without sig. Cap IW gets much more out of it, and he's way more fun to play in my opinion.
