Units and bundle

Recent for some reason l can no longer buy units or bundle with kabam lve sent several email and discuss the issue about it l miss the opportunity to get Emma Frost bundle because of this issue kabam did nothing about this all started when l agree to be a BETA TESTER thats only things that changed on my account by the way playing for 3yrs now NEVER HAS HAPPEN BEFORE please explain
