Request Help in Arenas

Have any one of you guys experienced this? I always request help right after finishing a fight with 3 champs. But recently, when I came back to do arena this happens. This has occurred for 3 days now and it's getting real frustrating wanting to do some grinding but you can't just yet coz of this issue
