New to this mastery... Will it take out 1% hp from rol winter soldier with every bleed from my gp?

    Deep Wounds
    Bleed your Champions inflict lasts a few seconds longer. If they have more Health Points than their target, their Bleed instantly strikes down an additional percentage of max Health from enemies.

    Will only take out 1% health when WS is at very low health compared with GP.

    only when WS health is lower than yours. so usually the very last few hits. The attached screenshot is on my very last hit on maestro in LOL. That red 33k is the DW which is 1% of Maestro total health.
