Mutant rank up

I have a duped 4* Archangel at lvl4,
and a duped 5* magneto at lvl 2,
Can only rank one of them up.
I'm leaning towards AA, but then again, magneto is a 5*, and heard he's not too bad. Any help weighing in the pros and cons would be greatly appreciated..

    AA, he has better AAR and DOT.

    AA shreds anyone who is not bleed immune or poison immune. Ability accuracy reduction is useful in every situation. Only good thing about magneto is his AAR against metal champs.
    AA WINS BY A LONG SHOT.
