Majik L2 not power locking

What is going on with majik. In quest she didn’t not power lock and just fought r4 hype in war and didn’t power lock. Did 5 L2s and not once did she lock him. iPhone X.

Magik doesn't have 100% power lock. I believe it's only 85% effective
