Forced automated hard hit charging

Hallo .. i encounter this problem since 12.0 and i was hopimg that it will be dixed but it is not
So .. in tge middle of tge game and out of no where .. my champ starts charging and holding for a hard hit
My fingers were no where beside tge screen .. and sometimes i even tried to dash back .. but it ain't helping .. my champ continues chraging till hit by opponents .. this happened in aq too where no auto fight available.. i use a s7 edge samsung
Plz fix this.. i lost a looot of potions to that
