Voodoo's SP2 didn't refreshed the power burn buff but dormammu's degen has been applied.

Hello,
I'm playing with voodoo for a very long time, and till now his short dash back isn't fixed, but I want to share other bug:
In a war not against dormammu, I has 3 power burn buffs, the timer was around 40% of total time, then I triggered sp2 on even combo to refresh the timer again, but in the video below the timer isn't refreshed but degen was applied.

I would like to understand the reason for degen. Please pay attention to the time (round line around buff) that didn't changed, but degen still applied.

    The timer is shared for all 3, timer should have been refreshed too. no?

    No the timer alway shows when the next buff expires. If only two out of three buffs are refreshed the timer still shows when the third buff will expire and only starts showing the time for the other two after the third is gone
