Can I converse with an actual person

I have contacted your support team numerous times now about my alliances completely unfair & unexplained docking of aw season points. Only to be given some generic unsatisfactory response.
If you are going to destroy everyone in my alliances work & effort we have put in over the last couple of months it is only fair that you tell us exactly why & who?
Your lack of proper communication on this matter is astounding!

Nobody cheated from what we know a member had his phone jail broke for reasons that had nothing to do with mcoc & 20 min later his acc was banned & a few hours after that our alliance was WRONGLY docked of points. This guy had only been with us for 3 wars of the season & we were not participating in a war when he was banned. We even lost our last damn war!
The way kabam handle this is a absolute farce & you should be ashamed of the way you treat your player base like ****!

I'm afraid your timeline doesn't add up. The process isn't that immediate. It comes after investigation. While I can't specify their methods, I do know that one person who has a jailbroken phone is not going to constitute cheating. Many people use devices such as that, albeit not on the kosher side, that's not Account Sharing. Nor would it trigger an instant action. These actions have been coming in waves, after gathering sufficient evidence. It would seem you may have to look to other behaviors.

We have guys with multiple accounts as do I but that does not violate tos in any way. We have had no other accounts in our ally banned. My main gripe is there is no proper explanation or care factor from kabam. How are we expected to carry on giving our all to aw when it can all be stripped & no real cause given. This is wrong!

It's been like this for ages. It's funny people only complain when it affects them directly. There have been posts on this matter daily and u never commented until u were hurt by it.

Even if you conversed with an actual person you would still get the same answer, so in short stop trying to get answers from them because they will not help you and they don't care about you they only care about your $$$$$.

So take it upon yourselves to cut the cancer from your alliance after investigating them and their profiles and if you aren't sure you still might have to kick the ones you suspect due to the fact that they will most likely get you docked again.

@ThaTrooper666 one thing you want to check is if the people with multiple accounts are the creators of all accounts they use. A lot of times people have more than one because someone gave them an account and that can get you flagged.

You already found youR cheater. the guy who jail broke his phone and did something stupid on MCOC (aka cheating) and got banned for it and LIED TO YOU ABOUT IT.
