Former Top 7m Alliance, Now Retirement Home for 5* Shards

We are a former 7m highly skilled alliance, that was as high as 1800s War Rating in Tier 2 competing vs 9-10m alliances every war.
We were also able to 100% map 5 any day. Now, most of us have grown too busy in life to run Map 5 AQ and AW. Over half of us have decided to focus on life more. Focus more on Family, Friends, and just life in general.
We are Semi-Retired with a possibility at getting back to full speed down the road. With a possibility to be fully invested in this game our alliance has decided to only run the much slower paced AW to earn 5* shards and prepare for the future of the game in case we all decide to fully get back.
We will run the very low demanding map 2 AQ with no pressure to 100% for item acquiring purposes (opportunity to stock up).
We are looking for skilled members who would like to still compete in AW Tier 2-3 for 5* shards and not worry much about anything else but enjoying life.
