    X-23 doesn't need it..she still have good bleed and decent Regen without it

    Wolverine.

    I used mine from Act 4 on Wolverine, amazing regen which is great for AQ or long fights. Waiting to use it for champion X could be a very, very long wait and using it on someone who is worth it (Wolverine in this case) may help you get through content you might not otherwise get through.
